The service staff were excellent. They even provided snacks while waiting for my scheduled maintenance, if you had a reservation.

Today, I was in Phatthalung province on business driving my BYD Atto 3 when an accident occurred. A spilled cup of water dripped onto the gear shift area, rendering it unusable. I contacted BYD, and they sent a technician for an initial inspection and then needed a tow truck to transport the car to the nearest service center in Phatthalung. All the staff – the manager, the reception and coordination team, the technicians, and the interns – were incredibly welcoming and professional. They provided excellent service and kept me updated on the progress, which greatly relieved my concerns. Even though the car couldn't be repaired due to a lack of parts at that time, the branch manager arranged for me to borrow a car while mine was being repaired, allowing me to complete my business. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the entire team. I wish you happiness, continued success in your business, and hope you maintain this high standard of professional service.
