Excellent and honest service, the only thing that would be nice to do is to create some kind of instruction for foreigners about the process of buying and registering a car in Thailand. Since the employees do not speak English very well, it took me a lot of time to understand what a blue book is, red numbers, how long I have to wait for regular numbers, what to do with the insurance that is given when buying for cash, and so on.

Ordered my BYD Atto 3 at the end of December. Received in Februrary. It has been a perfect car for me so far.Khun SAI has been very helpful in all aspects, such as getting plates, installing 3M sun protection glaze, and finding a good help to install my home charger. She always replies instantly if I have any problem, including a misunderstanding with the police which she helped me clear up. Thank you Sai!The service garage has also been excellent and friendly in every way. At the beginning I was often charging my car there (for free) until the home charger was installed. Everyone was super helpful and friendly.I recommend BYD cars (very well made and great warranty) and this dealership in particular. 6000km on my Atto 3 so far and not a single problem. I think its a very fitting car for Phuket.
